Event Updates
There are indications that a service affecting incident exists for the following services:
Network outage on the 4th floor of SR2.
ITAC is coordinating with administrators and support staff who are currently working on the problem, and assessing the scope and impact.
A technician found the defective switch and needs to replace.
An update will be issued once additional information has been collected.
Technical support obtained a replacement switch and is currently installing it in the SR2 LAN.
